We recommend this to people who are looking to have comfortable power supplies in a small property / holiday home type setting. It will run most light to middle weight appliaces throughout the day and will happily run your lights, TV, laptop and music systems during the evenings. You have the option to upgrade the inverter/charger to a 2KW model which will then happily cope with Microwave usage as well as other slightly heavier appliances. All this in conjunction with a backup generator will provide you with a good system for less than €4000.

Panels: 3 x Atersa 135W PV Panel

Charge Controller: 1 x Steca PR3030 (30A)

Inverter: Victron SineWave Inverter/Charger 1200W

Batteries: 2 x Rolls 770Ah.

Cable: 30m cable

Fixings: 12 x fixings for pitched roof (Please call if you need a frame fabricating rather than fixings)

What to expect from the System / Battery:

Lights : Will happily supply lighting throughout the evening.

TV / Laptop : You can happily run a TV and laptop / desktop PC from this system.

Fridge: This system could run an ecconomical fridge, but it is really not recommended. The 4 panel system would be more suitable.

Microwave: This system will cope with the use of a Microwave (some models may require the larger inverter) but they will drain the power if used for long heating times.

Washing machine: This system will not run a Washing Machine.

Average Daily Production (ADP): 1.8KWh

Battery Storage Capacity (BSC): 3.8KWh
